- 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
- Combine the oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds and cinnamon in a jar and stir thoroughly.
- Fold through half the berries.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least six hours, or overnight.
- Top with the remaining berries and sweeten to taste before eating.
Substitutions
- Use soy yogurt and soy milk to keep the protein content in a dairy-free version.
- Swap chia for ground flaxseed.
- Frozen berries work well and cost less; they thaw overnight in the jar.
