Browsing the site does not require an account. We do not ask for personal information in order to read any article, food page or recipe.

The newsletter form is not currently connected to an email provider. Nothing entered into it is transmitted or stored.

Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. External links to research and public health bodies are governed by those organisations' own privacy policies.
